Jessie was great to work with. She explained all the terms and options clearly and patiently, and made sure of what I really needed, not just copying what I had before. She explained the State Farm Drive Safe and Save program that offers discounts for safe driving. After the first six months using the program, I qualified for an additional discount of over $100. Jessie also offered to look at my homeowner's insurance. I got better coverage at a greatly reduced rate than my previous company, so switched that to State Farm too. This agency is the real deal.
